Manual Inventory Management Costs More Than You Think
Somebody in your office is the unofficial supply manager. They count shelves, build orders, chase deliveries, and make the emergency store run when the gloves or paper towels run out. That’s hours of skilled time every month spent on toner and toilet paper.
And the guesswork costs you twice:
Overstock ties up cash and storage space in supplies you won’t touch for six months.
Stockouts stop work — and in a clinic, running out of gloves doesn’t just annoy people, it cancels appointments.
Emergency runs mean retail prices, mileage, and an hour of someone’s day, every time.
Standard replenishment fixes the ordering. Managed inventory fixes the guessing.
How It Works?
STEP 1
STEP 2
STEP 3
STEP 4
Your first two cycles are calibration. Every workplace uses supplies differently, so deliveries one and two establish your real consumption. From cycle three, your quantities are tuned to your actual usage — automatically.

Who It’s For?
Built for Workplaces Where Running Out Isn’t an Option
Managed Inventory Service is available on all Office and Healthcare/Clinic plans, Tier A through F.
It earns its keep fastest where supplies are operationally critical:
- Clinics, dental, and physio practices — gloves, barrier film, sanitization supplies. A stockout doesn’t inconvenience anyone; it cancels billable appointments.
- Offices of 10–49 people — where supply management has quietly become a real chunk of someone’s job.
- Multi-floor or multi-suite workplaces — where nobody actually knows what’s in which storage closet.

Running a restaurant or café? Managed inventory for non-food consumables is available by custom quote on our high-volume restaurant plan — request a Replenishment Blueprint and we’ll build it with a cadence that fits food service.

Common Questions
Q: What does “up to 49 employees” mean — total company or on-site?
Employees at the location we service. If you’re a 60-person company with 30 people at this office, you qualify at this location.
Q: What happens in a month where we don’t need anything?
We still visit and count. Skipped deliveries are the system working — you don’t pay for products you don’t need, and the count keeps your usage data current so the next order is right.
Q: How do you know how much we use?
Every visit we record what’s on your shelves. Combined with what we delivered, that tells us exactly what your workplace consumed that month — per item. Orders adjust to that number, not to guesses.
Q: What if we run out between visits?
Message us — email or text. In-stock items ship within 48 hours. If something’s temporarily out, we tell you upfront with an ETA. With the buffer we maintain, running out should be rare.
Q: Is the first delivery accurate?
Your first order is built from a short intake consultation (team size, current ordering habits, workspace setup). Deliveries one and two calibrate the system against your real usage; from cycle three, quantities are tuned automatically.
Q: Can we still request specific products or brands?
Yes. Managed inventory adjusts quantities; you always control what’s on your list.
Q: Can the price change?
Your service is month-to-month. If pricing ever changes, you’ll get 30 days’ written notice — and you can cancel anytime, no penalty.
Q: Do you offer this for restaurants?
It depends on your supply usage. Managed inventory works best for steady, non-food supplies — so it’s a fit for some food-service businesses and not others. If you think it might work for you, contact us at +1(905) 514-9444 or info@getworkessentials.com and we’ll figure it out together.
